Features of XH2412 Gantry Machining Center
1. Main parts like base, table and beam are made of high tensile cast iron by resin sand foundry, featuring great rigidity, vibration resistance and high accuracy.
2. Fixed beam, moving table type.
3. Beam (Y-axis) is tilted structure and has big section, which ensures its anti-bending and anti-twisting rigidity.
4. X and Y axis are equipped with heavy-duty linear rolling guide-way for heavy load and high accuracy, and Z axis is equipped with hardened guide-way to ensure high feeding rigidity.
5. The gantry machining center uses Taiwan high speed spindle unit for better reliability.
