Features of X52G Vertical Milling Machine
1. The main motor adopts stepless speed regulation. It can provide sufficient power for high speed machining operations.
2. The vertical milling machine adopts spindle sleeve with manual micro feeding (travel could reach 70mm).
3. The gearbox and spindle box are wholly formed through advanced casting process, providing reasonable structure and good rigidity.
4. Both manual feeding and power feeding are available for X, Y, Z axes.
5. X, Y, Z-axis guideways are hardened and precisely ground. Extra-wide rectangular guideways are used on Y, Z axes.
6. If needed, the vertical milling machine can be equipped with a rotary worktable (max. adjustment range of swivel angle: ±45º). Other accessories such as dividing head are also available. When the worktable is adjusted to a certain angle and dividing head as well as change gear are used, the milling machine can be used to machine gears, spiral chutes, etc.
